    Trying to get back in workout mode…modified as follows:
    5 rounds
    500m, walk on treadmill
    15 hip raises
    15 butterfly situps
    44:00

  3. Guessing around 27:30. My timer stopped for some reason after 2.27 kilometers and said my average time per kilometer was 5.24. I was at 12:16 at that piont so that’s my best guess. Oh well. I finished it and I am drenched in sweat. I did half of the hip raises single leg.

  4. my phone died just as I finished, somewhere around 39 minutes
