Welcome to Hiit Mamas! You have come to the right place if you are looking for a dramatic change in your fitness while kicking your own butt at home for less than an hour a day. It is easy to get started. Just do the WOD (workout of the day) for today and then post your time and say "Hi" to all the other women who are doing the same thing all around the world. Then repeat tomorrow. It is that simple. The WOD will be new everyday and you will be able to track your progress with links to the last time we did that WOD, but only if you post your time.
