Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

50-yard swim or 50 meter sprint
20 push-ups
30 squats

  1. I did it wrong. for some reason, I thought it was 5 rounds for time. anyway, 17:06 for five rounds. probably 50 yard for the swim, or 50 feet, circles around some broken bridge where the Iowa river balloons into a lake. Whatever I did, it was a good and fun without!
