  1. Accomplished. Didn’t keep track of reps, I suppose I need to get a dry erase board or something? Lol

      I keep a sharpie in the garage and then I grab a piece of cardboard from the garbage and use it to write down my reps. I have also used nearby gravel and lined it up, depending on where I am working out. LOL.

  2. 10# wall ball max rep 23,
    20# kettle bell max rep 20
    Step ups – 18 inch= 18
    15# Push press= 20
    Jump rope = 100 max rep

    Those were my highest count per exercise.
