1 minute of wall-ball shots, 10-14 lb ball to 10 ft target
1 minute of sumo deadlift high pulls, 25 lbs
1 minute of box jumps, 18-24 inches
1 minute of push presses, 20-45 lbs
1 minute of running
Rest 1 minute

Accomplished. Didn’t keep track of reps, I suppose I need to get a dry erase board or something? Lol
I keep a sharpie in the garage and then I grab a piece of cardboard from the garbage and use it to write down my reps. I have also used nearby gravel and lined it up, depending on where I am working out. LOL.
10# wall ball max rep 23,
20# kettle bell max rep 20
Step ups – 18 inch= 18
15# Push press= 20
Jump rope = 100 max rep
Those were my highest count per exercise.
