Cat Fight

3 rounds for max reps of:
1 minute of wall-ball shots, 10-14 lb ball to 10 ft target
1 minute of sumo deadlift high pulls, 25 lbs
1 minute of box jumps, 18-24 inches
1 minute of push presses, 20-45 lbs
1 minute of running
Rest 1 minute
