Free HIIT Mamas 90 Day Fitness Challenge- DAY 74

6 rounds for time of:

Run 400 meters
Rest 2 minutes

Then, practice SLIPS– Scales, L-sits, Inversion (handstands), Planks, and Stretching for 20 minutes.

Compare to 03.18.20

Post time for each run to comments.
