Drop Your Excuses To The Floor

Thursday 07.30.20

Set a clock for 12 minutes and complete:

1 minute of squat cleans
1 minute of push press
2 minutes of squat cleans
2 minutes of push press
3 minutes of squat cleans
3 minutes of push press

Use a weight for both that you can repeatedly press.

Compare to 12.15.14

Post reps for each set to comments.

    1 min of squat cleans 15#dbs =12
    1 min of push press 15# dbs=29
    2 mins of squat cleans 30# bar=25
    2 mins of push press 10# dbs =58
    3 mins of squat cleans 10# dbs=39
    3 mins of push press 10#dbs=97

    30# cleans and 20# push presses.
    Cleans: 10, 15, 24 = 49.
    Pp: 15, 32, 56 = 103.

    15# DBS for both. Too much for push press, but best I had.
    Squat cleans 14, 32 and lost track
    Push press 40, 43 and lost track
