Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run.

  1. I think the workout changed after I checked at 4 am. Good thing the WOD Murph was also on my schedule for today. I wore 10lb weighted vest And uses suspension straps for the pull ups, push ups and squats.
    1 mile run
    100 pull ups
    200 pushups
    300 squats
    1 mile run
    45 minutes

    1. Entered incorrect time .. should be 50:51 .. don’t add when you are hungry.
