Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
Run 300 meters
30-second handstand hold, assist as needed
30 butterfly sit-ups

Compare to 05.13.19

      You are a beast! I haven’t been able to do every darn workout yet, but I am trying to make up the missed ones. My hubby had a scary accident and derailed me for a few days!
