Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
Run 300 meters
30-second handstand hold, assist as needed
30 butterfly sit-ups

    2 full rounds. I did the handstand without a modification. Though my wrists are killing me. I couldn’t find a good modification. Next time I will use a block or something to modify with. Did the full run and sit ups. Then did a 1 mile jog while pushing a double jogger with three kids adding about 125 pounds to push.
