HERO WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 push presses, 20-45 lbs
10 kettlebell swings, 20-25 lbs
10 box jumps, 18 inches

  • In honor of Army Staff Sgt. Jack M. Martin III, 26, of Bethany, Oklahoma, assigned to the 3rd Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group, Fort Lewis, Wash., who died September 29th, 2009, in Jolo Island, Philippines, from the detonation of an improvised explosive device. Martin is survived by his wife Ashley Martin, his parents Jack and Cheryl Martin, and siblings Abe, Mandi, Amber and Abi.

    10 rounds. The biggest water bottles I could find because I don’t have weights. A step at the playground that was higher than a normal step, but low enough for me to jump.

    Hi there! I want to do the complete challenge, so I did today’s and yesterday’s w/o to catch up and will do Tuesday’s along with the 5k this weekend.
    I really need to get in much better shape! ?
