Tuesday 05.05.20

Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

1 pull-up, 2 push-ups, 5 squats
2 pull-ups, 4 push-ups, 10 squats
3 pull-ups, 6 push-ups, 15 squats
Etc.

Compare to 01.10.20

Post finishing point and total reps completed to comments.

      I read this wrong and doubled each time… so 5 rounds totalling:
      15 mod pullups(inclined)
      62 knee push ups (all the way down flat)
      155 squats

      Legs still a bit sore from Dilly workout on Sunday

    9tu round, 9 pull ups, 18 push ups, 45 squats, plus 10 pull ups. Modified pull ups and eventually knee push ups.

      Lat pull downs but it might not work for your shoulder.

      You can try reverse pull-ups under a table or push-ups depending on your shoulder mobility.

    Substituted dumbbell rows for pull ups
    Got stuck at max of 14 girl push ups
    Little slow on squats

    Rusty but got it done! Woot!

    Ended at 15 of 40 squats in round 8.
    Total = 36 pull-ups + 72 push-ups + 155 squats
    Band-assisted pull-ups and knee push-ups

    Completed the pushups in round 9.
    Totals: 45 pullups / 90 push-ups /180 squats
    Feet assisted incline pull-ups.
    Knee push-ups.
    Phew! That was deceiving.πŸ˜…

    I am behind in posting results. This was down using an assist band for pull ups.
    8 full rounds then 9 pull-ups and 16 pushups

    6 rounds plus 1 pull-up, so

    22, 42, 105.

    Jumping pullups and gpu.

    A full round and a few pullups lower than 14 months ago, in the pre pandemic era when the tension, exhaustion, and emotional levels were significantly different!!
