With your kids all home doing distance learning, be their PE teacher and have them do these workouts with you. We have been doing these WODs together for 3 weeks and it has been great and keeping us healthy.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Run 400 meters
15 butterfly sit-ups
15 hip raises

  2. 4 rounds plus 400 m and 13 sit-ups

  3. 5 rounds and .15 of a mile. Last year I was faster but that makes me think my meters were off since this year I used runkeeper.
