Drop Your Excuses To The Floor

Monday 03.09.20

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge, 10 lb dumbbells
16 toes-to-bars
8 power cleans, 20-45 lbs
Then, 2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge, 10 lb dumbbells
16 pull-ups, assist as needed
8 power cleans, 20-45 lbs

Etc., alternating between toes-to-bars and pull-ups every 2 rounds.

    Did one complete round of the pair, then 25ft lunges
    20lbs for weight, assisted pull ups, and knees to elbows

    2 rds of toe to bar
    1 rd + lunges for pull ups

    30# lunges
    65# power cleans

    6 cleans shy of two full rounds of both sets. 30# cleans, 10# lunges, jumping pullups.

    Exactly completed the 4 rounds (2 of each) used 25# for power cleans, 20# for squats, band assisted pull-ups, and my version of toes to bar 😄

    2 rounds toes to bar, 2 rounds pull ups plus 9 feet of lunges. #45 lbs, modified toes to bar and pull ups.
