Hard Candy

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Pull-ups (assist as necessary)
10 Push-ups with feet on 18″ box
15 Squats holding a 45 lb weight

      7 rounds plus 3 pullups. Jumping pullups, 35# squats, gpu.

    8 rounds plus pushups and pull-ups. I think. Maybe give or take a round. I’m terrible at keeping track.

    Ring pull-ups
    Knee pushups
    35 pound squats

    Not sure if I did something wrong or not; 11 rounds plus 5 pull ups and 10 push ups. Assisted pull ups. I think I went down far enough with the push ups, but I probably couldve tried to go down further. #45 squats and feet on 18#.
