Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 handstand push-ups to 6-in. deficit (sub: regular handstand push-ups)
200 meter sprint
30 single-leg squats, alternating

    4 rounds

    Plus 4 push ups

    Never done handstand push ups and didn’t want risking breaking my neck lol so feet on my hot tub

    3 rounds plus 10 pushups

    Did modified handstand pushups and single leg squats (holding onto something)

    I put my feet up on the box for push-ups and used resistance bands for single leg squats.

    3 Rounds modified handstand push ups (I was a little shy of a full 3 rounds but decided to finish the 3rd round even though it was over the 10 minutes by 1 minute
