3 rounds for time of:

Run 800 meters
Rest 2 minutes

Then, practice controlled descents from a handstand for 20 minutes.

Compare to 02.11.13 (if you were a HIIT Mama in 2013 and have a time on that post, you better leave a comment and say “STILL HERE!!”
