    40# farmer carry- first 25 steps walking lunges
    DPU from knees
    40# PP

  4. 12:12. 15# dumbbells for farmers carry, some dpu some regular gpu, and 10# db for pp. 7 minutes faster than last year with harder pushups and heavier farmers carry 🙂
