200-meter farmers carry
20 deficit push-ups, hands on dumbbells
10 push press

Use 15-20 lb. dumbbells for the farmers carry and push press.

    12:12. 15# dumbbells for farmers carry, some dpu some regular gpu, and 10# db for pp. 7 minutes faster than last year with harder pushups and heavier farmers carry 🙂
