20 pull-ups, assist as needed
30 push-ups
40 butterfly sit-ups
50 squats

Rest precisely three minutes between rounds.

    10 pull ups
    20 lunges
    30 push ups
    40 bfsu
    50 squats
    So disappointed with my times…but did all real pull ups and push ups!!
