Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
1 pull-up, 2 push-ups, 3 squats
2 pull-ups, 4 push-ups, 6 squats
3 pull-ups, 6 push-ups, 9 squats
Etc.

Start at a higher round if you think it will allow you to complete more reps in the 12 minutes—e.g., 5-10-15, then 6-12-18, then 7-14-21, etc.

Post starting point, finishing point, and total reps completed to comments.

    72 girl push ups
    85 squats ( made it one rep into the ninth set)

  2. Got through 9 pull ups and started at 1. All pull ups were back rows and girl pushups

  5. 8 rounds even. 36 pullups, 72 pushups, 107 squats. Last text I got through seven rounds with pullups and six pushups, nice! Gpu and jumping pullups.
