1 pull-up, 2 push-ups, 5 squats
2 pull-ups, 4 push-ups, 10 squats
3 pull-ups, 6 push-ups, 15 squats
Etc.

    Plus 9 pull ups and 16 push ups

    That is 45 pull ups, 72 all boss push ups and 180 squats ? doubting my math here….?

  8. 7th round plus 8 rows, 16 PU, and 28 squats.

    Subbed rows for Pull ups, switched to my knees for push ups at 5th round.
