Bench presses
Pull-ups
Squats

  • choose your weight for press and squats and go until you burn out each round

Compare to 04.12.18

Post load and reps for exercises in each round.

    Bench press with 48lbs: 4, 8, 8, 7, 9
    Pull ups assisted: 15, 15, 18, 19, 20
    Squats with 68lbs: 10, 11, 12, 10, 8

    Subbed, resistance band lat pull down for pullups. 30# for the rest.

    Bp: 34, 29, 28, 21, 24 =136
    Lat pull down: 37, 27, 20, 22, 24 = 130
    Squats: 22, 25, 21, 24, 24 = 116
