Congratulations to HIIT Mama Diana in Jerome, Idaho for completing the 90 Day Challenge. She is the proud Mama of 3 boys and she rocked the challenge! Sometimes it is harder to see results when you don’t have weight to lose and are just trying to gain muscle and definition but Diana has some obvious results! Look at all that muscle definition and that bootay!
