  3. 8 or 9 rounds…I can’t remember! Also split squats instead of pistol squats.

  4. 5 rounds plus donkey kicks (with 2 little ones “helping me” do push ups by alternating sitting on my back!)

  7. 4 complete rounds plus donkey kicks and push ups of fifth. I counted the squats as one on each leg equals one squat.

    Also, when I checked if I did the wod last year, it was my very first one back after having my baby. Happy one year for me!??

    Air squats (I tried the pistols at first, but my knee wouldn’t do that motion. Looking forward to improving and strengthening my knee.)
