Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 double-unders (sub: 120 singles)
15 power snatches, 30-45 lbs

  1. First work out back from having a baby! I’m 7 weeks postpartum with baby #7. It feels so good to be back!
    2 complete rounds plus jump ropes and 7 snatches on each arm. Attempted double unders until the handle broke, then just did 30 singles. 10 lb dumbbells doing 15 on each arm.
