Only got in one round due to a quad pain. I started as a run dropped to a jog and finally a walk.

(Pretty sure it is just an over use injury so resting for a few days should allow it to heal.)
Yesterday at cross country practice we need speed work so I did a 1000m quick run 3 times, a 600m quick run twice, and a 400m sprint. So I just did the 5 sets of sit-ups when I got home. 🙂 I’m guessing my times would have varied between 5:30 and 6:30.
