With my cross country team we did 90sec sprints with 3 minutes of rest for almost 3 miles. I’m going to count that as today’s WOD haha. Maybe I’ll do this one as RX’d on Saturday. Reply
I’m training for a half marathon so I skipped this workout but did the speedwork scheduled in my half training plan. 1 mile warm up 2 miles @ 9:24 (My times: 9:17 and 9:20) 6 x 150 m strides recovery jog between each 2 miles @ 9:09 (My times: 8:57 and 9:08) *7 miles total Reply
