Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
12 walking lunge steps, with 10 lb ball
15 butterfly sit-ups, with 10 lb ball
15 hip raises, with 25 lb plate
5 pull-ups (assist as needed)

  1. 8 rounds + 12 hip raises

  2. 12 rounds plus lunges and sit-ups.
    Finished the rest of 13 after the timer.
    Subbed super X push-ups for pull-ups

  3. 11 rounds – assisted pull ups

    Don’t have a #25 plate so used my bar with #36

  4. 5 rounds plus lunges
    Added 400m run to each set because I felt I needed extra cardio
