    I just started training for a 5k! And today was my first “run”. Walk/ Run intervals for a total time of 25:51 & a total of 1.75 miles
    3.7 walk speed / 5.0 jog – average speed 4.0
    6m:17s walk warm up
    Jogging: 4x 2:00m jog / 1:00m recovery
    Remainder cool down

  2. 40:09. Holy hills. But I only stopped to walk once to crest one steep hill!
