1/4-weight bench press
1/2-body-weight clean

Set up three stations and storm through for time.

  1. 10:47, but I have neither the weights nor the power to lift that much 🙂 20# cleans and presses, 45# dl.

    45# bench
    50# clean (couldn’t do 80#, which is half of body weight)

    13 weeks post partum!
