    30 lb Squat and overhead press sub for cleans

  2. 21:43 with kid distractions. But this workout was killer! 38# for my squat cleans. And inclined rows for pull-ups. The last round was pretty slow for me. Great workout!

    Had to stop after 5 squat cleans in last round…I hurt my back
    weight 20 lbs
