  1. I’m going to be modifying my workouts significantly for a bit. I injured my foot years ago and it’s been bad lately, so I’m going to avoid some things like running.

    Did ab stuff from Monday (since I missed it) instead of the running.
    50lb th, 50lb pp, 60lb bp

  2. 28:59 with 20lbs for all movements

  3. 49:42.5

    Walked on treadmill instead of running, but increased incline each round.
    24# dumbbells
