10 sumo deadlift high pulls, 25 lbs
10 push presses, 45 lbs

  1. 4 full rounds plus 10 SDLHP and 3 PP. finished round after timer.
    40# both

  2. 6 rounds with 20lbs for both

  3. 5 rounds and 6 sdhp
    40lb both

  4. 6 rounds 45# for both
