10 sumo deadlift high pulls, 20-45 lbs
10 push presses, 20-45 lbs

    Followed with 7 min AMRAP
    50 sjr
    50 mt climbers
    5 burpee pull ups

    4 rounds

  2. 6 rounds + 10 SDHP + 4 PP
    35# all

    Then 3 rounds very slowly of:
    5 toes to bar, straight legs, on floor
    5 knees to elbows, on floor
    10 donkey kicks, left leg
    10 donkey kicks, right leg
    20 body surfers
    20 hip raises w/ 8#
    That was hard and exhausting! Took me just under 30 minutes.

    1. Wow! I almost added this to the end of my workout today- it's always the ones that look easy that seem tough!
