    My phone died during the last round, so I just estimated since all the rounds were taking an average of 7 minutes.

  5. 29:13. No caffeine is killing me. I work nights and am school. I am eating the world to stay awake…. any advice?

    1. The first two weeks are KILLLER! I had legit withdrawal symptoms that made me cry. Keep drinking lots of water! Peppermint essential oil is awesome for energy and headaches too. You can do it!!! I’ve been off if for almost two years and I don’t miss it or crave it at all.

  8. I did the 5×800 all together first in the treadmill and 5 push-ups instead of 15 (still working on an old injury).
