15 Kettlebell swings, 20 lbs

  3. Mixed it up a bit.
    3 rounds of:
    5 min jump rope
    15 kettlebell swings
    15 mpu
    21:20
    Total of 1534 jump ropes

  4. 27:20 vs 27:25. Should have written down treadmill pace so I could improve.
    1st 800 was 7.0, rest were 7.2
    15# KB
    GPU to the floor

  5. 28:04; two minutes faster than last time! And with 25# instead of 20#, gpu.

  6. Subbed 2 minutes jump rope for the runs bc of the cold. 25# kbs. Girl push ups. 17:32, slower than last time, but had to move my baby out of the way a few times…and stop to pee. 🙂
