Deadlifts. 60-80 lbs
Bench dips 

Compare to 06.14.16.

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

    For max reps am I supposed to keep going til fatigue those muscles and they won’t do the movement anymore?

      Due to low back tenderness and my shoulder I did 5 rounds of 20 & 20. 62#.

    BD- 24 30 30 28 29
    Second round lost my grip strength. Went until my muscles were shaky and burning.
