42:44, did with my six year old son and 10 year old daughter. The runs we’re both about 8:05, we separated the rest into ten rounds of 10-20-30. Girl push ups.
Planned to do the full miles but halve the calisthenics. The squats wrecked me from the start. ? Only made it to 100. Mil push ups. Runs were at 9:22 pace.
1st mile- 10:31 all up hill trail running
30 minutes for reps done on the trail- all military push-ups, squats to 90° 10 rounds of 10-20-30
2nd mile- 10:32 half the rest of the way up the hill and the other half down the trail.
Recovering from an illness and could only complete 1/2 a murph
