Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Run 400 meters
20 butterfly sit-ups
10 overhead squats, 20 lbs

    Had to take it easy on the runs, rolled my ankle yesterday while running. Probably needed another day of rest, but I got through the workout!
