Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Run 400 meters
20 butterfly sit-ups
10 front squats, 40-60 lbsĀ

  1. 5 full rounds + plank & squats only on 6th
    30 sec plank for sit ups
    20 – 20# FS
    Outside workout (didn't want to lug 40# upstairs- so I did double squats)

  2. 6 rounds (finished squats after timer)
    20 lb. front squats

  3. 5 rounds plus 400m run plus 20 BFSU
    Finished squats after timer.
    Treadmill @ 8.4
    25# overhead squats

  4. 5 rounds plus 400 meters
    45 lb butt to floor squats

  5. 4 full rounds(500 meter runs)
    Plus about 200 meter run
