I’m recovering from an emergency c-section and when I asked my ob/gyn if I’m cleared for exercise she said “yeah, just don’t do like crossfit or anything.” Sooooo taking it SLOW.
I don’t have a box (nor do I think I could jump that high right now ?) so used a jump rope and 10# kb.
