Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. walking lunge
8 burpees
25-ft. walking lunge
8 pull-ups, assist as needed

  1. 4 rounds plus 1 set lunges
    Subbed push press (10# db) for pull-ups

    1. Did 16 lunges, 8 per side.

    Burpees to the floor (my chin touched every time)
    Hop pull-ups
    Deceptively hard! Sweating big time!

    25# overhead lunges – did 10 each time
    Red + purple band pull ups

    Vs 10 rounds + 2 lunges
    16# overhead lunges (not sure how many)
    Self assisted pull ups

    Not feeling great today but got it done.

  5. I almost quit after 10 minutes. But I finished 6 rounds in 21:34.
    Great workout. Glistening in perspiration.

    Burpees are feeling stronger.

    Used black & red bands and still only got a few inches of movement on each pull up. So I did some from full hang, some from the bench, some with a little hop assist, and 1 set I tried to kip for help.

  10. 7 rounds + lunges and 6 burpees. Jumping pullups.

    First set 20# lunges (16 reps each set)
    Sets 2-5 6# lunges
    Jumping pull ups

    Sets 4-5 I subbed 50 mountain climbers for burpees due to my knee acting up.
