Not feeling great today but got it done.
I almost quit after 10 minutes. But I finished 6 rounds in 21:34.

Used black & red bands and still only got a few inches of movement on each pull up. So I did some from full hang, some from the bench, some with a little hop assist, and 1 set I tried to kip for help.
