Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
10 power snatches, 20-45 lbs
3 strict military push-ups
Post rounds/reps completed to comments.

  1. 8 rounds plus 5 PS. Finished 9th round after timer
    15# single arm PS, alternated after 5 each arm. Should have used 20#

  2. After nearly 200 PP, some pull ups, dips & squat thrusters, my arms needed a rest day!

    20 hip raises (20#)
    20 banded bicycles
    20 banded supermans

    Finished with 14 hip raises to end time
