    Feels good to be back doing these workouts again. Been out the past 6 weeks recovering from an injury.

    It's amazing how much difference 10# makes! Much harder than I thought!!

  5. Untimed. I would say 10 minutes seems fair. 15s, which is heavier than I usually attempt.
