    10 lb dumbells
    Double unders
    First round I did one arm power snatches. Last 3 rounds I did both arms at the same time. No jump rope so I pretended to have one. First week back doing this in a long time….I'm dying here ?

    20# KB snatches – (single arm) so I did 20 each arm
    25 tuck jumps/ 100 singles each round

  3. Can't find jump rope–wth? Faked it.
    20# (10# hand weights)
    Rnd 1 untimed, 4:24, 3:56, 3:45.
