Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 pull-ups, assist as needed
15 push-ups
20 squats
Post rounds completed to comments.


  1. 8 rds + 7 pull ups on 9th
    Finished 9th rd after timer

    Pull ups w/ purple band, jumping & standing
    Push ups- boy
    (rds 1-4 arms in, rds 2-8 diamond push ups, rd 9 1/2 in, 1/2 diamond)
    Squats butt to floor

  2. 5 rounds w 25 sec to spare but I couldn't get set up fast enough to start rnd 6.

    All military push ups — VERY slow at that and it killed my low back. Spent s lot of time on the ground w this wod.

    Pull ups off arm of treadmill…still no pull up bar or rings at thus house.

  3. 7 rounds plus 4 pull ups
    Pull ups w/ red + purple bands; 5 from standing/5 with jump
    5 push ups on toes/10 on knees
    Squats butt to floor

    Holy triceps, Batman! They feel like noodles!

  4. 11 rounds plus 10 pull ups and 7 push ups
    Did 3 rounds chair assisted then felt was using too much leg. Tried 1 round band assisted, finished with reverse pull ups.

    Do any of you mamas have any tips on getting better/sronger for pull ups?

  5. 5 rounds plus Pull and push-us
    Finished squars for 6th round after the timer
    Added a 45# bar to my squats- back squats to the floor

  6. 11 rounds
    Hop pull-ups
    First 4 rounds boy push-ups, the rest were girl push-ups.
    Squats to floor

  7. 6 rounds. Jump up, Pull downs…some with bent arm holds at top. Gpu. 20lbs with squats.

  8. 10 rounds.
    Completed the push-ups round 11.
