Got a biopsy on my arm today so made up a leg day WOD.
AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
50 squats, butt to ground
40 walking lunges
30 box jump overs, 18"
20 donkey kicks (10/each)
10 deadlifts, 90#
Gonna be feelin' that tomorrow!
