50 Back extensions (supermans)
50 Front squats, 30 lbs
50 Butterfly sit-ups

    Saw that I had added a 30 burpee challenge the past few times I've done this.
    30 full burpees in 1:59 (vs 2:12)

    Slower than last year but higher weights. 40 lb for all.

    9:56 with no weight and 20 squats each time instead of 50.

    Back squats butt to ground at 60#/50#/40#

    About 1.5 minutes slower but deeper on squats.

    45 lbs all and butt to the floor

  6. 11:30, 10# for all because it was 9:30 and if I was gonna actually exercise today, then I was gonna do it in my jeans and with the dumbbell that was hanging out in my room! Just glad I accomplished it today!

  7. 14:01 20lbs for all squats. then 3mile run in a foot of snow!! And shoveled a three car wide driveway ??

  8. 17:58. I'm a day behind b/c I was too sore yesterday to do more squats. Started out with 20# but dropped those in the first round and did the rest without weight.
