100-ft. walking lunge

  1. Did this on Monday w/ some modifications
    25 DU
    75 singles
    16# walking lunge- (20 reps each) lunge, raise back leg, the db curl- slow & controlled each one)
    Got through 5 reps + 10 DU

    Today did
    4 rounds
    30 pu (boy)
    20 front squat (45#)
    20 push press (40#)
    30 sit ups (inclined w/ weight)
    21:47

    Vs 21:50 (40# all, planks for sit ups)

  2. 4 rds + 222 Sjr
    400 Sjr
    120 ft for lunges (3x across basement)

    That was a lot of jumping!
