Vs 21:50 (40# all, planks for sit ups)
Did jumps on 4th round before timer beeped.
2 rounds plus 30 DU
2 rounds 400 singles/ 100ft lunges
1 round 50 double & 200 singles
4 rds + 222 Sjr
120 ft for lunges (3x across basement)
That was a lot of jumping!
