45 reps of each for time:
Thrusters, 20-45 lbs
Pull-ups (assist as needed)

Partition as needed to complete 45 reps of each exercise as quickly as possible.

    1. Then did 21-15-9 with 25# for each exercise of:
      KB swings
      Walking lunges
      Hip raises

  1. 8:48
    45 front squat for thrusters (shoulder injury)
    Band assist pull-ups

  2. 7:43
    Used purple band for pull-ups and 55# thrusters
    Broke into sets of 25 then 20
